Combination of relaxation and therapeutic massage with a blending of techniques and modalities personalized to address the needs of each individual in your own home. Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point massage and prenatal massage.

All massages include a travel and set up fee for any location within a 15 mile radius of my departing location. A fee of $1 per mile will be added to any location beyond the 15 mile radius.

Health & Wellness Coaching

A Health Coach is a wellness authority  and mentor who aids clients to feel their best through individualized food and lifestyle changes that are designed to meet their unique needs and health goals.

Initial visit - 90 minutes - $100

Follow up visits - 60 minutes - $75

Assisted stretching on its own or add it to your massage for  specific parts of the body or the whole body to help you improve your flexibility, recovery and range of motion.

Intuitive Work/Energy Healing & Balancing

An individualized and metaphysical exchange of powerful energies that can be cathartic and clarifying to help you focus on your life’s purpose. Understand how when we are in balance, all flows freely through our chakras. When there is blockage, energy cannot flow. Discover the signs of imbalanced chakras and how to get your energy flowing. A holistic approach intended to address the whole health wellness of the mind, body, soul connection.
